Abstract
Background : Exclusive breastfeeding provides short-term and long-term benefits for babies and their mothers. This is related to the risk of reducing morbidity and mortality in infants, and improving maternal health. This support was obtained by mothers from two parties, namely family and health workers. The purpose of this systematic literature review is to determine the effect and effectiveness of husband and care provider support for exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The five stages of the Systematic Literature Review method are identifying problems, determining priority problems and research questions, compiling a framework of inclusion and exclusion critical data using PICOC, searching for literature using the PubMed database with a period of 2008-2018, conducting a critical appraisal to determine quality from an article, data extraction analysis and literature mapping. Results: There were 8 articles selected using quantitative research methods with various types of study designs such as quasi-experimental, case control, randomized control trial (RCT), and cross sectional study. There are 3 articles that provide an explanation of the effectiveness of family support, 4 articles that provide an explanation of the effectiveness of care provider support, 1 article finding that provides an explanation of workplace support for exclusive breastfeeding and 3 articles that provide an explanation of family support and care providers for duration of breastfeeding. Conclusion: Support from family and care providers turned out to have many benefits. The influence that can be received is the existence of motivation from the family itself, namely from the husband and grandmother of the baby. Then the task of the care provider itself can provide support through direct counseling to nursing mothers and families especially baby husbands and grandmothers to continue to provide support to mothers.

Abstract
Background : Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by insufficient nutrition in a long time due to the provision of food that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. So that, stunting causes development of the motor system which is one important aspect because motor development is the beginning of the intelligence and emotional behavior-s children. The purpose of this study was to determine the stunting relationship with the development of emotional behavioral problems in children aged 36-72 months in the Community Health Center. Method : This study is an observational study, with a retrospective cohort study design. This study used a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 128 respondents. The instrument of this study used the Emotional Behavior Problem Questionnaire (KMPE). The study analysis used chi-square and logistic regression analysis, with a confidence level of 95%. Results : Based on logistic regression analysis, it was known that stunting, child sex, maternal occupation, and family income had a significant relationship with the problem of developing emotional behavior. Stunting is the most related variable because it has the lowest p-value and largest Exp (B) (p-value 0,000, RR 11,662, 95% CI (2,318-13,393)). Thus, the chance of developing emotional behavior problems in stunting children, male sex, working mothers, and income less than MSE is 78%. Conclusions : This study concluded that there was a significant relationship between the development of emotional behavior in children aged 36-72 months and at a risk of 11,662 times than children who were not stunting.

Abstract
Background: Asian women are at high risk gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). GDM is a pregnancy problem that characterized by glucose intolerance. Short and long term impacts can occur on both mother and child. Women with a GDM history have a risk of type 2 diabetes within 2-10 years. Appropriate screening and diagnosis are needed for preventing and early treatment of GDM. This study aims to review the literature on screening and diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus in Asia. Method: Systematic Literature Review from three databases, PubMed, ProQuest and Science Direct. Articles in English and published for the period 2009-2019, totaling 867 articles. Results: A total of 10 articles selected by inclusion criteria. Prevalence of GDM in Asia depending on the diagnostic criteria used, ranges from 2.75% to 41.5%. IADPSG and WHO are criteria often used. Screening and diagnosis, mostly done at 24-28 weeks gestation, with a one-step approach (75-g two-hour OGTT) as the method most often used. GDM risk factors included older age (> 35 years), BMI before pregnancy, DM family history, GDM history, obesity, recurrent abortion history, hypertension history, stillbirth history, infant macrosomia history, PCOS history, blood type AB. Pregnancy outcomes in the form of caesarean section were higher in the IADPSG and WHO criteria. The main obstacles in screening and diagnosis are related to health care provide resources, lack of patient interest and access to health services. Conclusion: Diagnostic criteria affect the prevalence of GDM in Asia. Health care provider resources, conditions and patient-s need including access to health services should be taken into consideration for determining GDM screening and diagnosis strategies.

Abstract
Obesity, especially in pregnant women, could cause many health problems regarding both the individual and the baby related to the tendency not to exclusively breastfeed in the future. This study aim to know the association between maternal obesity and exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) practice. This study was an observational analytic (non-experiment) with a historical cohort design, carried out between November 2018-June 2019. The population was all first trimester pregnant women between March 2016-December 2017 who had first antenatal care in Puskesmas Tegalrejo and Mantrijeron. The sample used was 130 respondents divided into two groups, 68 as exposed and 62 as non-exposed group. Sampling technique used was multistage random sampling. This study analyzed six variables, which were maternal obesity, age, education, occupation, knowledge, and attitude. Data collected using form and questionnaire. Chi-square test and logistic regression were used in data analysis. There was an association between maternal obesity and EBF practice. After controlling the attitude variable, maternal obesity had significance (p=0,002) toward EBF practice. The failure of EBF was higher 1,74 times in obese mother (RR=1,74). Maternal age, education, occupations, and knowledge was proved not statistically significant toward EBF practice (p=0,956; 0,137; 0,203; 0,337 respectively). Probability of EBF failure on obese mother and had negative attitude toward EBF was 91%. Therefore we conclude that maternal obesity is a risk factor toward the failure of EBF practice.

Abstract
Background: The first 1000 days of life is a very important time for the development of a childs brain. Providing good nutrition and maximum stimulation will be able to help the childs maximum development. UNICEF and WHO recommend exclusive breastfeeding for infants carried out until the baby is 6 months old, but until now the achievement rate for breastfeeding is still low. In Indonesia the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in 2018 only reached 65.16%. The low achievement of breastfeeding is influenced by many factors of mothers knowledge, mothers occupation, the provision of appropriate information and family support. The family here is not only husband or partner but also grandmother both biological mother of the mother and mother-in-law. Many studies have suggested that grandmothers have a considerable influence on the success of breastfeeding. Objective: to review some of the literature on the effect of a grandmothers involvement in the success of breastfeeding. Method: systematic literature review of 3 databases namely PubMed, Science Direct and ProQuest. The articles used are from 2010-2019, with a total number of articles of 2973 articles. Results: 14 articles were selected that were in accordance with the specified cliteria. The influence of grandmothers involvement in the success of breastfeeding is divided into 4 topics, namely: (1) grandmothers knowledge, (2) living with grandmother, (3) health education involving grandmother, (4) grandmothers support. Grandmothers correct knowledge of breast milk increases optimal breastfeeding, giving colostrum, the right time in feeding replacement milk. Grandchild who have a high frequency of contact with grandmothers show that it is associated with low rates of breastfeeding, and short feeding times. Providing health education to mothers by involving grandmothers who live in the same house as mothers shows a low rate of breastfeeding replacement. Providing support by grandmothers is directly proportional to support from ethnic groups, the existence of support from grandmothers increases the rate of breastfeeding to infants. Conclusion: Grandmothers involvement greatly influences the success of breastfeeding to mothers, it is necessary to consider starting to involve grandmothers in providing health education to mothers so that breastfeeding success can be achieved.
